It's a high speed shuttleless needle loom machine.
It's used to produced simple design rigid tape or light-elastic tape, such as the ribbon tape for gift packing, and twill tape for garment.
It's equipped with 4heads, max width for each head is up to 64mm with single weft product. And it’s installed 16pcs heald frame with metal spring. There will be six type chain link to control the design. 14POS beam stand is standard setting. And take off device, rubber feeder, double weft feeder, meter counter and inverter is optional setting.
The speed is up 800-1100rpm, high production capacity and high efficiency.
