It’s TNF8/55-448 JACQUARD LOOM MACHINE. It’s a wider machine body with 780mm compared with standard machine, with 8heads. Max width for each head is 55mm. It’s equipped with big handle and double PU take up roller. And there is 448 jacquard hooks which can make more complicated pattern product.

As it’s wider machine body, we installed stroner machine base and support to make the machine more stable and available for high speep running. In addition, the heald frame for the machine is using wider material which is not easy to break.

The special for this machine is that it’s equipped with servo motor and auto pick device. User just need to input the weft density on the screen and run the machine, no need to change the gear wheel, saving time and labor. And most important is that it can reduce the stop mark.
