Today I will introduce a kind of machine to you

The jacquard loom, it’s to make the elastic band

Normally the band is use on the men’s underwear

The jacquard leads the yarns up and down

The weft yarns and warp yarns cross by each other

To make many different kind of pattern

But first of all you need to finish the band’s design from computer

And copy to the jacquard loom, it is a hard job for a newer

Normally jacquard hooks have different kinds

192 to 1152 hooks

the larger number of hooks can make the more complicate band

And the width of the tapes is according to the width for the weaving plate

The maximum can be up to 200mm
