Let me introduce to you. This back creel is for the 288 position, and you can see there, there has a smaller, it’s 234 position.

You can see the big stand here, it’s strong enough, we use very strong and powerful material to make it, so even though the creel is too high and too big, but it’s strong enough to use.

Secondly I want to introduce this bobbin cone, this holder is to put the bobbin on it, you can see the inside position is the working position, and the outside position is for the spare position, the worker can put the cone on the outside position when they have spare time, once the inner cone finished, just turn around the cone, and you can see, after that customer just only to connect the yarns to the tensioner, so it can save lots of time.

And now I want to introduce you about the tensioner, normally we jsut use this kind of tensioner, this is our standard one, and it’s stable and easy to adjust.

After that I want to introduce the hand wheel here, after we install the hand wheel, it’s easy to turn a whole creel from left or right. And easy operation.

Finally i want to introduce the stop motion, it’s a infrared self stop motion, it can stop by itself when the yarns broken, it’s good and stable.
