YJ-NF series are looms for narrow-width ribbons, which are featured by their high quality, high difficulty and changeability.They can be used to produce various kinds of elastic and non-elastic ribbons, such as chest ribbons, elastic braids for clothes, satin ribbons, zipper ribbons, shoelaces, etc., and can be applied to ready-made clothes, hats, hair accessories, gifts, medical products, leather belts, gloves, raincoats, footwear,cameras, watches and leather bags. With the advanced technology introduced from abroad, this machine is the one for special use to manufacture ribbons of compact design. It is featured by such superior advantages as double-layer weave, double hook, and double weft, and characterized by high efficiency, high economic benefit, convenient operation,good-looking appearance, and smooth movement of comprehensive frames.It is equipped with advanced automatic weft feeding device and double variation speed braking motor which ensures fine tuning of weft feeding when non-stop of machines.When the fabric is adjusted, you can opera at lower speed by fine motion.It is especially applicable for bra ribbons, chest ribbons and common zipper ribbons.It is honored by its wide applicability and wide range of use.
