1. Jacquard system upgraded, equipped with reed returnning function. When machine stops, reed and magnet will return to initial position, and jacquard head will power off, to protect magnet and extend working life of magnet.
2. Reinforce the machine body, machine running more stable and higher speed.
3. Optional setting with auto pick device, servo motor, to achieve convenient operation and less stop marks on product.

It’s TNF8/55-448 JACQUARD LOOM MACHINE. It’s a wider machine body with 780mm compared with standard machine, with 8heads. Max width for each head is 55mm.

It must be added lubricating oil and lubricating grease every week. And check whether the lubricating route is smooth before each work.
