How to do the daily maintenance work of the narrow weaving machine?
The daily maintenance of the needle loom is first to add lubricating oil to the transmission part.
It must be added lubricating oil and lubricating grease every week. And check whether the lubricating route is smooth before each work.
1. Synchronous toothed belt replacement, oil filter cleaning.
2. Measure the replacement of the internal parts of the storage weft drum, the internal parts of the yarn stop pin, and the encoder cleaning.
3.Main nozzle cleaning, filter cleaning, cleaning and repair of solenoid valves and pressure regulators, inspection and configuration of gas lines.
4. Servomotor maintenance and replacement, buffer repair and internal parts replacement.
5. Check and replace the sensing cable.
